Walker & Crawford, P.C.
The Houston personal injury attorneys at Walker & Crawford, P.C., are dedicated to representing the rights of people injured as a result of the massive Deepwater Horizon oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico.
The environmental disaster, which has surpassed the 1989 Exxon Valdez tragedy to become the worst such accident in United States history, has resulted in millions of gallons of crude oil being spewed directly into the delicate ocean ecosystem off the coast and along the beaches of Louisiana, Mississippi, and other Gulf Coast states.

Injured parties may have legal rights against the owners and operators of the oil rig, BP and Transocean, for financial damages intended to compensate them for their lost wages, personal injuries, and other expenses resulting from the accident.
The Walker & Crawford Law Firm has handled several claims against BP in the past and has experience dealing with large corporations.
The following may have legal rights to compensation for damages caused by the Gulf of Mexico oil spill disaster:
- Commercial Fishermen
